That’s my girl Erin!
Since childhood, I have always had a passion for food. When I was young, I wanted to learn more about cooking than what I was doing at home. So, at the age of 10, I finally took the initiative and got myself into a cooking class. I was so excited! However, fate had a different plan for me. Nearing the start of said class…a little challenge got in the way…well, a big challenge actually…I ended up moving to America instead .
Eventually, I got my game plan back on. While attending high school, I found my way into cooking classes! ALAS!
I was very fortunate that my school district offered a culinary program. After some time, I continued on to culinary school here in the states, and (later) pastry school in France. After school, I traveled to a number of international cities to study
and practice different cuisines.
FINALLY! my cooking career started taking off!
To this very day, I still volunteer my time as often as possible for that same program at my former high school.
I do it in ode to the great people who helped me stoke the fire inside of me. To the people who made me want to be a better chef: Thank You! I couldn’t have made it here without you. And now, through Informational Cuisine, I will take all of that training and bring it up to another level. I will help to educate others regarding cooking methodologies, conservation, innovation, and exploration. I will diligently work to help us all elevate our games together! I have a great network of professionals and friends alike who inspire me to reach higher, work harder, and collaborate with others. I love sharing my knowledge… and learning from others too. If you would like to support my endeavors, (subscribe here )Come along with me. Join me in this culinary quest for greatness!
Erin, myself, and our “never complaining food critic” Jack Russell, would like to invite you to join the Informational Cuisine family!
My best to you all!
